Former Teachers Wanted – Flexible Tuition Roles in Fleetwood (FY7)

Are you a qualified teacher looking for a new direction away from the classroom? Whether you've recently stepped away from full-time teaching or are seeking a more balanced lifestyle, TP Tutors has a rewarding opportunity for you in the Fleetwood (FY7) area.

We are looking for compassionate and experienced educators to provide 1:1 and small group tuition to pupils who are currently out of mainstream education. These pupils may be facing a variety of challenges, and your expertise could make a real difference in their learning journey.

What we offer:

  • Pay rates of £25–£30 per hour

  • Flexible working hours between 8am and 4pm

  • Opportunities to work term-time only

  • A chance to teach without the pressure of behaviour management or endless paperwork

  • Full support from our experienced team

Who we’re looking for:

  • Former or recently retired teachers (QTS or QTLS preferred)

  • Individuals with a passion for helping pupils who need extra support

  • Professionals with experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision settings are highly desirable

TP Tutors works closely with local authorities and schools to provide tuition for children who are not currently in school for various reasons – including anxiety, SEND needs, or exclusions. These are meaningful roles where your skills are truly valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
