A secondary school in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join their Humanities department on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for a teacher who can bring Geography to life, inspiring students to explore the world around them.
The Role:
- Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons.
- Foster curiosity and critical thinking by encouraging students to explore geographical concepts, sustainability, and global issues.
- Plan and assess students’ progress, ensuring all learners reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the Humanities department to develop innovative teaching strategies.
Who We Are Looking For:
✔️ Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) with a strong subject knowledge in Geography.
✔️ ECTs are welcome to apply, with full support available for career development.
✔️ Teachers with experience delivering Geography in a secondary setting who are eager to engage students in a dynamic and interactive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
