Position: Full-time (Part-time considered)
Salary: MPR/UPR (Classroom Teachers’ Pay Scale)

The Role:

• Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire students.

• Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.

• Creating an inclusive and purposeful classroom environment.

• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and share best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds (or is working towards) QTS.

• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.

• Can create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

• Is committed to fostering a love of literature and language in students.

• Is keen to contribute to wider school life and professional development opportunities.
