Business Studies Teacher – Full-Time Position

Salary: MPS/UPS – Dependent on Experience

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a passionate Business Studies Teacher for a full-time position. The Role:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic Business Studies lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
• Plan, assess, and track student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

The Ideal Candidate:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
✔ Specialism in Business Studies, with experience teaching at GCSE and A-Level desirable.
✔ A passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for the subject.
✔ Strong classroom management and the ability to motivate learners.
