A SEN school in Salisbury are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join their dynamic and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Role Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of the students.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.

Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support student progress.

Maintain accurate records of student achievements and contribute to individual plans.

Engage with parents and carers to support learning and well-being.
What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEND.

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

A flexible, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching.

Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
