Salary: £100 - £120

The Role:
As a Primary ECT, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to children. You will be supported by experienced colleagues, and you will have access to a comprehensive induction program designed to develop your teaching skills and career. Key Responsibilities:

-          Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.

-          Create an engaging and positive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.

-          Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.

-          Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the school’s curriculum.

-          Engage in ongoing professional development and training to improve your practice.

-          Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

You will need to:

-          Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it.

-          Have a genuine passion for teaching and working with young children.

-          Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-          Be a team player who is willing to contribute to the wider school community.

-          Be committed to ongoing professional growth and development.

-          Have a positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
