Salary: £12.90 - £14

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS and KS1 Class Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education, a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and the KS1 curriculum, and a commitment to creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all children. This role will teach a mixed class which has EYFS, Y1 and Y2 children in. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire young learners in both EYFS and KS1.
  • Plan continuous provision roles for EYFS children to access. 
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, fostering strong relationships to support student learning.
  • Support the social, emotional, and personal development of all students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in EYFS and KS1 settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and KS1 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
