Are you a passionate educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team in Chesterfield!

Position: Supply Teacher
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Flexible

About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across Chesterfield, providing high-quality education and maintaining continuity for students in the absence of their regular teachers. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behavior, and support students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons or create engaging lessons in various subjects.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different schools and students.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Follow school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching primary or secondary school students.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
