Position: School Support Worker

Type: Flexible Contract
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The role:
As a School Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to students, ensuring their emotional, social, and academic needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with classroom activities and providing one-to-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs.
- Supporting students in developing social skills and emotional regulation.
- Helping students stay engaged and motivated throughout their lessons.
- Assisting with behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the overall development of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
