Are you looking for Support work in the Basingstoke area? Do you have experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs?
Teaching Personnel are working with a Special Needs school who cater for children with additional needs, primarily Autism, as well as other needs such as communication difficulties. The main purpose is to assist students within class to ensure their learning and development through implementing each pupils individual education plans.
Requirements:
- Assist in implementing all aspects of individual care plans.
- Must have a relevant qualification or previous experience working in healthcare, or with Special Needs individuals.
- Be prepared to undergo additional training as required.
- A positive and friendly disposition, and the ability to build relationships with the pupils.
- Minimum of GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English.
In order to ensure that each pupil thrives, the school need the right staff to aid their pupil's development and dedicate themselves to the task at hand. Hours are 09:00 - 15:30, with a 16:00 finish every other day.
