Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with fantastic SEN schools in Eastbourne, offering flexible work opportunities for Supply Teaching Assistants.
About the Role
Our schools support both Primary and Secondary-aged pupils with a variety of needs, including:
• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Cerebral Palsy
• Speech and Language Needs
• Complex Behaviours
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility, whether you’re available 1–5 days per week. Using Teaching Personnel’s online diary and supply booking app, you can effortlessly manage your schedule and find work that fits around your commitments.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with:
• Experience working with young people in education, care, or SEN settings.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine desire to support others.

• Starting Pay: £85 per day (6.5-hour working day), with opportunities for increased rates based on reliability and excellent feedback.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
