Passionate Supply Teachers Needed in the Vale of Glamorgan!
Are you a dedicated, hard-working, and passionate teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to work in primary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan.
Role Overview: As a supply teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for your students. Your responsibilities will include fostering a sense of confidence in all learners, building strong relationships with both students and colleagues, and delivering constructive feedback that encourages student growth. You will be working within schools that champion a child-led approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a fun, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel confident to participate.
- Develop meaningful relationships with students and fellow educators to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them recognize their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Engage in the child-led approach, tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Work across all primary year groups, from Nursery to Year 6.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Embraces different learning styles and is committed to helping children reach their full potential.
- Well-versed in the current Welsh Curriculum and ready to deliver it effectively.
- Passionate about enhancing both the academic and emotional well-being of every child.
- Motivated to continually improve their own teaching practices in a collaborative environment.
- Confident in supporting children across all primary age groups (Nursery to Year 6).

Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Both Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Fully Qualified Teachers (QTs) are encouraged to apply!
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service.
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
