Role Requirements:

  • Position: Supply Teacher (Secondary)
  • Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience teaching at the secondary school level
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different classrooms and engage students across various subjects
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Waterlooville
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students
  • Follow lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
  • Adapt to the school’s policies and procedures during your placement
  • Mark work and provide feedback when necessary
