Supply Teacher

£120 - 140 per day

Job description

Calling all qualified teachers! Teaching Personnel, a renowned, UK wide, supply agency for Teachers, teaching assistants and tutors, are looking to recruit new educators to meet the needs of schools in your local area.

Our quality recruitment consultants have been conversing with schools, gaining full time and part time roles to make up for staff shortages. These can come from long term sickness, maternity cover, PPA cover and day to day sickness. The needs of schools is ever-changing and we need your help to meet demand.

Whether you are an ECT looking for further development, or have over a decade experience, Teaching Personnel have suitable roles for you that offer an excellent work / life balance, enabling you to claim back valuable time. Planning, parents evenings and report writing are all a thing of the past with supply work. You are able to pick and choose the bookings you want to fill, working when you want, teaching lessons already planned for you!

If Adhoc supply is not for you, we also have temporary to permanent roles! Schools often cope with the staff they have in, however more often than not, they look to agencies to pad out staffing numbers - which is where we come in.

With competitive pay, paid weekly, with free safeguarding training, skilled recruiters and development opportunities throughout your time with us.

If you drive or are willing to travel a short distance each way, we have schools that need you!

Roles can be across EYFS - KS2, ranging in attainment and catchment areas. From mainstream to SEN.

If you have an enhanced DBS on the update service, this is already one less thing we need from you upon registering. If not, we can provide you with guidance on how to apply for this.

If you are wanting to reclaim valuable time back from your full time teaching role, consider becoming a supply teacher. Working less hours, no planning and the opportunity to build rapports with so many schools in your area. Consider sending your CV for review and make yourself known!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
