Supply Teacher

Location: Nottingham

Contract Type: Flexible

Hours: Variable (Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Salary: £120 - £160 per day, dependent on experience

Are you an adaptable and skilled teacher looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team and support various primary and SEN schools across Nottingham. This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact on different schools and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
  • Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment
  • Adapting to different school environments and teaching styles
  • Providing support and guidance to students of varying abilities
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and effective communication
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in primary and/or SEN settings
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and positive approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
