Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students across various subjects and age groups as required by the school
• Follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive discipline and respect
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to plan and deliver lessons
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities as required
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and any incidents

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject

Experience:

• Prior experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the UK national curriculum and educational standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or specialisations in specific subjects or areas of education

Working Conditions:

• Temporary position, with the possibility of daily or longer-term assignments
• Expected to work full-time hours, following the school's schedule
• Work in various school settings, potentially across different age groups and subjects
• May involve occasional travel to different school locations within the South East England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
