Job Description: Supply Teacher
Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: South East England, West Sussex, Littlehampton

Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students across various subjects and age groups as required by the school
- Follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive discipline and respect
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to plan and deliver lessons
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities as required
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and any incidents
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject
Experience:
- Prior experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the UK national curriculum and educational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or specialisations in specific subjects or areas of education
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position, with the possibility of daily or longer-term assignments
- Expected to work full-time hours, following the school's schedule
- Work in various school settings, potentially across different age groups and subjects
- May involve occasional travel to different school locations within the South East England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
