Job Title: Supply Teacher

£120 - £150 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Follow the lesson plans provided by the school and ensure all learning objectives are met
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide feedback to regular teachers and school staff on student progress and behaviour
- Participate in school meetings and professional development sessions as required
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working as a teacher or supply teacher
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
- Effective classroom management skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning atmosphere
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in Special Education Needs (SEN) or Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Work in various schools across the Lancashire area
- Full-time hours with potential for additional responsibilities or long-term placements
- Collaborate with different teaching staff and school teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
