Job Description: As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation. As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering lesson plans provided by the absent Teacher
- Leading the classroom with high-quality lessons
- Assessing and monitoring student behaviour
- Proactive approach to engaging students to complete their lesson tasks
- Adapting to different environments and following Safeguarding practices
- Participating in professional development opportunities when required
Qualifications:
To be successful as a Supply Teacher, you should have:
- (Desireable) QTS (or at least 1-2 years of supply teaching experience)
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Appropriate teaching certification or licence
- Experience teaching at the Secondary level
- Adaptable and friendly demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
