Secondary School Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors Required!
Location: Westminster and surrounding Boroughs!
Job Type: Flexible working, must be available at least 3 days a week
Role: Supply Teacher, Day to Day Supply, Part-Time cover!
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Mainstream Secondary Schools
Pay: £150 - £220 for Teachers (Depending on Experience) £100-£140 for Cover Supervisors (Depedning on Experience)
Are you a dedicated educator looking for flexible work in secondary schools? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to join our team and support schools on a short-term and day-to-day basis. If you’re available to work at least three days a week and can take early-morning calls (from 7am onwards), we’d love to hear from you!
Role Requirements:
- Flexibility: Ready to work in different schools and cover various subjects as needed
- Availability: Able to work at least 3 days per week
- Early Starts: Comfortable receiving morning calls to start on short notice
- Professionalism: Capable of maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning in a classroom setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and cover classes as required
- Maintain classroom order and engage students with activities
- Support students’ learning and progress in the absence of their usual teacher
- Uphold school policies and standards

Requirements:
- Experience working with secondary school students (teaching or tutoring experience preferred)
- A passion for education and supporting students
- Relevant qualifications (Teaching or Degree, depending on the role)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
- QTS qualification
- For Cover Supervisors - You will need a degree and relevant experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
