Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackpool
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £120 - £150 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity in learning
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to apply for one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a teacher or in a similar role
- Experience working with children and young people
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students
- Good organisational skills and time management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in specific subject areas
- Experience working as a supply teacher in a variety of schools
Working Conditions:
- Work hours may vary depending on school requirements
- Expected to travel to different schools within the designated area
- May involve working with students of various age groups and abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
