Role: Supply Teacher

Location: GCambridge and surrounding areas

Contract Type: Flexible (Full-time/Part-time/Ad-hoc)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, following lesson plans where provided.
  • Ensure students are engaged and learning in a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
  • Maintain consistent standards of behavior, managing the classroom in a professional manner.
  • Support students of varying abilities, ensuring that their individual needs are met during your lessons.
  • Provide feedback on student progress to relevant staff members, if required.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Has recent teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting (ideally).
  • Is flexible, reliable, and confident in adapting to different teaching environments.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude and is capable of working independently.
