Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supply SEN Teacher to join schools in the High Wycombe area. This flexible role allows you to make a significant impact on students with special educational needs (SEN), providing them with tailored learning experiences to help them succeed.
As a Supply SEN Teacher, you will work with students with a range of learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, and other developmental challenges, supporting their progress in a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver differentiated lessons for students with various SEN needs.

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as required.

Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and parents to create a holistic support plan.

Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.

Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage development.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience in teaching students with special educational needs.

Strong understanding of SEN strategies and frameworks.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
