We’re on the lookout for passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Career Teachers (NQT’s) to join our amazing team and work in a variety of welcoming primary schools in the Abergavenny area. Whether you're looking for full-time roles or something more flexible while you finish your training, we’ve got opportunities to suit you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a valued supply teacher, you’ll:

  • Inspire and engage pupils to reach their full potential
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of each classroom
  • Deliver engaging lessons that make a real difference

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • PGCE students working toward Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recently qualified teachers
  • A child-only Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • EWC registration (or in the process)
  • A genuine passion for education and helping pupils grow

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
