Teaching Assistant Opportunity for Sports Graduates
Are you a recent Sports Science or related graduate with a passion for working with young people? Considering a career in education? This could be the perfect starting point.
We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic sports graduates to join our vibrant school community as Teaching Assistants. Whether you’re looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing teacher training or want to make a difference through sport and education, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum

Providing one-to-one and small group support to students who need a boost due to special needs or mental health difficulties

Assisting with PE lessons, sports clubs, and extra-curricular activities
-
Acting as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, resilience, and active lifestyle
What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related field - we can also offer part time work to those currently studying their degree

A passion for working with children and young people
-
A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
-
Experience working with children (in schools, clubs, camps, or coaching) is a bonus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
