Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking qualified Teachers and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and East Grinstead.

Roles Available:

‍ SEN Teachers – Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' individual needs.
Learning Support Assistants – Provide essential 1:1 and small-group support, helping students thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent) with experience or a passion for SEN
✔️ Enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (experience preferred but not essential)
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ A patient and adaptable approach to learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
