Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant in Lincoln!

Your Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the assistance and encouragement they need to succeed.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, adapting resources and activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students, fostering their confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed to support individual learning goals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
