Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant in Lincoln

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in Lincoln, offering full-time support to secondary and SEN schools. About the Role:
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Lincoln
- Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support for students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning activities that meet individual needs.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every student feels supported and valued.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
