SEN School Teaching Assistant / Learning Support

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are working on behalf of a fantastic Primary School in the Nottingham area to recruits TA’s for full time positions within EYFS. We are searching for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing a high standard of education and working to support children to support their learning journey, and who is comfortable with early years.

The Role includes…

  • Supporting pupils’ learning activities including additional learning needs and development
  • Differentiating teacher’s planning and resources to meet needs of individuals or groups assigned
  • Leading pupils during learning activities as directed by the class teacher, using the resources available and adapt to the needs of the pupils
  • Supporting pupils’ individual learning needs and development, e.g. cognitive and learning skills
  • Supporting teachers in assessing pupil progress and attainment
  • Helping with the care and support of pupils
  • Contributing to the health and well-being of pupils
  • Establishing and maintain relationships with individual pupils and groups

The ideal candidate…

  • Would have previous experience
  • Would have an enhanced DBS on the update system (we can help with this)
  • Would be driven, ambitious and passionate about working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
