We are a small, inclusive primary school located in Andover, dedicated to providing tailored education for children with SEND. We are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our caring team and help our young learners reach their full potential.
Key Details:
- Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
- Location: Primary School in Andover
- Contract Type: Initially through Teaching Personnel, with the potential for a permanent contract after a successful trial period
- Working Hours: Full time, term time only
- Start Date: ASAP following safer vetting checks
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with pupils with SEND is essential
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting children with additional needs
- Ability to work full-time during school hours (term time only)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
