Essential Requirements:
- A passion for working with children with special educational needs.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with children and support them in a sensitive, encouraging manner.
- Comfortable working both within the classroom and in quieter, one-to-one settings outside the main learning environment.

- Previous experience in a SEND support role within a school setting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or similar.
- Knowledge of strategies and interventions for supporting children with autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.
