Teaching Assistant – Specialist Provision (Ages 3-11) – Lincoln Area
Are you passionate about supporting young learners with complex needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the Lincoln area. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 3-11.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Support social interaction and monitor student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Patience, compassion, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
- Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, parents, and staff.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
