Job Duties:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
• Implement effective teaching strategies to support students in achieving their learning goals
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
• Communicate with other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• A recognised teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with special educational needs
• Knowledge of SEN support strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Strong organisational skills
• Empathy and patience when working with students with SEN
