Job Duties:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance learning outcomes
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to support students' holistic development
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Empathy and patience in working with students with diverse needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
