Job Type: Flexible

Job Duties:

• Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assist students in improving their academic skills and achieving educational goals
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure students' progress

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Knowledge of SEN educational practises and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment
