Position: Full-Time/Permanent and Day-to-Day Supply Roles Available

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with a variety of needs in our partner schools. Whether you are looking for a full-time, permanent position or prefer the flexibility of day-to-day supply work, we have a range of opportunities to suit your preferences and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored support to students with special educational needs in both individual and group settings
- Assisting teachers with the delivery of customized educational plans and classroom activities
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging social interactions and supporting the development of communication skills
- Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviours
- Offering emotional and behavioural support in line with each student's needs

Requirements
- A strong commitment to supporting students with special educational needs
- Resilience, professionalism, and an energetic approach to your work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in an educational or support role is advantageous but not essential
- A willingness to engage in continuous learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
