We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in the WA5 area of Warrington.

This is a rewarding full-time role, ideal for someone with experience in SEN support or a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.

The role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of needs

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans

• Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour, and communication development

• Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (in school, care, or support settings)

• Calm, patient, and resilient with a genuine interest in SEN

• Able to build strong relationships and work as part of a team

• A proactive approach and willingness to adapt to the needs of the day
