Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.
• Experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a variety of learning needs.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
