We are working closely with one of our partnership special schools in the Redbourn area to find committed, reliable and compassionate teaching assistants that would like to be placed permanently, after a successful trial period with Teaching Personnel Agency.

 

Job: Teaching Assistant (Full-time)
Where: Redbourn, Hertfordshire
When: 8:30am - 15:30pm
Pay: £12.90 – £13.34 per hour (dependent on experience)
P.S.: Permanent roles available after successful trial period with Teaching Personnel.

Our students face unique challenges like Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Learning Difficulties, and Behavioural Issues.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Play an important role in helping students with diverse needs succeed.
  • Work with an awesome, caring team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in SEN/SEMH environments (personal or professional).
  • A big heart and a passion for helping students thrive.
  • Great teamwork and communication skills.
  • Someone who’s reliable, compassionate, and eager to grow.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
