SEN Teaching Assistant – Reading Area

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping every child reach their full potential? A welcoming and inclusive school in the Reading area is looking for a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

In this role, you’ll be working one-to-one and in small groups with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You’ll support their learning, boost their confidence, and help create a safe, positive classroom environment.

What we’re looking for:
A patient, empathetic and proactive individual
Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) is desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives

Full-time, term-time only
