Nelson (BB9) based Primary School
The role
- To support and assist the class teacher with planning lessons and adapting the curriculum according to pupil needs.
- Supervise and support the pupils during activities and support with general class management.
- Cover PPA
- Plan and cover lessons where necessary
- Record pupil progress
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident for at least three months
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
- Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
- Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children
- Experience covering and delivering lessons
- Minimum of three months UK residency
- We do not accept those on skilled worker visas, nor do we sponsor visas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
