SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking an empathetic and resilient individual to support pupils from the most deprived areas of Bristol. The type of work we offer is particularly working on a 1:1 basis with children with additional needs which include but are not limited to: autism, ADHD and social & emotional needs.
What You'll Do:
• Carefully deliver personally tailored lessons,
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment,
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for our students,

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others,
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs (desirable but not essential)

Upon completing a succesful 20 weeks in your placement, you may be offered a pernament contract with some schools which is a great opportunity f you're looking for a pernament role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
