Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

Location: Milton Keynes, Countryside Setting

Availability: Immediate

Salary: £80 to £90 per day

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help manage and create resources to support teaching and learning.
• Assist with classroom organization and behavior management.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN support.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
