Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes, Countryside Setting
Availability: Immediate
Salary: £80 to £90 per day
About Us: Nestled in the tranquil countryside of Milton Keynes, our beautiful school is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help manage and create resources to support teaching and learning.
- Assist with classroom organization and behavior management.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN support.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
