Salary: £77 to £90
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students with additional learning needs and ensuring their educational journey is as enriching as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and make progress.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and the SEN team to create and implement tailored learning plans.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Assist with personal care and social integration, as required.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting and nurturing the growth of children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Relevant qualifications or training are a plus, but not mandatory.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
