Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students with additional learning needs and ensuring their educational journey is as enriching as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and make progress.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and the SEN team to create and implement tailored learning plans.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Assist with personal care and social integration, as required.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for supporting and nurturing the growth of children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
• Relevant qualifications or training are a plus, but not mandatory.
