We are working closely with one of our partnership special schools in the Kettering area to find committed, reliable and compassionate Teaching Assistants that would like to be placed permanently, after a successful trial period with Teaching Personnel Agency.
Job: Teaching Assistant (Full-time)
Where: Kettering
When: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm
P.S.: Permanent roles available after successful trial period with Teaching Personnel.
We’re Teaching Personnel, and we’re all about connecting with top schools that support children with SEN/SEMH needs.
Our students face unique challenges like Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Learning Difficulties, and Behavioural Issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a fun and supportive space for learning.
- Play an important role in helping students with diverse needs succeed.
- Work with an awesome, caring team.
- Work 1:1, 2:1 and in small groups with 8-10 students to create a safe and nurturing environment whilst delivering a variety of learning styles.
- Be patient with all students who work at different paces to each other whilst promoting inclusivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in SEN/SEMH environments (personal or professional).
- A big heart and a passion for helping students thrive.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Someone who’s reliable, compassionate, and eager to grow.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
