We are recruiting passionate and dedicated secondary teaching assistants to support our students in achieving their GCSEs. Your experience and skills can make a real difference in their educational journey and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs.
• Support students in developing social and life skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to meet individual student needs.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young adults in any capacity.
• A passion for supporting the educational and personal development of students with special needs.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
