What We're Looking For: We need enthusiastic, nurturing, and sociable individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact. While experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or LSA is a plus, we're also eager to hear from those with backgrounds in sports coaching, care, support work, youth clubs, or any role where you've been dedicated to helping others.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with autism.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Helping students develop social skills and build confidence.
  • Supporting the class teacher in managing behaviour and implementing learning strategies.
  • Encouraging independence and aiding with personal care when necessary.
  • Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the student's care.
  • Keeping accurate records of student progress and contributing to individualized education plans (IEPs).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
