Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant, Learning Support, Behaviour Mentor (Starting January 2025)
Location: Hayward's Heath and surrounding areas
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

- Teaching Assistants
- Learning Support Assistants
- Behaviour Mentors
About the Roles:
We are partnering with schools that cater to students aged 4–19, providing opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners.
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience: Previous experience with SEN or vulnerable groups is a bonus but not essential.
- Backgrounds Welcomed: Teaching Assistants, support workers, care workers, sports coaches, graduates, and others who are passionate about education.
- Key Traits: Motivated, passionate, and able to inspire and engage young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils, fostering engagement and confidence.
- Assist teachers with classroom management and SEN-focused activities.
- Act as a positive role model to motivate and inspire young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
