Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant, Learning Support, Behaviour Mentor (Starting January 2025)

Location: Hayward's Heath and surrounding areas 
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Teaching Assistants
• Learning Support Assistants
• Behaviour Mentors

About the Roles:
We are partnering with schools that cater to students aged 4–19, providing opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners.

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience: Previous experience with SEN or vulnerable groups is a bonus but not essential.
• Backgrounds Welcomed: Teaching Assistants, support workers, care workers, sports coaches, graduates, and others who are passionate about education.
• Key Traits: Motivated, passionate, and able to inspire and engage young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils, fostering engagement and confidence.
• Assist teachers with classroom management and SEN-focused activities.
• Act as a positive role model to motivate and inspire young people.
