Teaching Assistant, Learning Support, Behaviour Mentor and more roles available - Starting from January 2025 - Hayward's Heath

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Usual Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 to 3:30pm)

Are you looking for a new role which involves supporting young people to help inspire pupils to succeed?

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support assistants, behaviour mentors and more for schools across the Horsham and surrounding areas. We have a variety of roles available in multiple schools which cater for students aged 4-19. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with SEN in a school or similar environment (desirable but not essential)
  • 1:1 or small group working experience with vulnerable people (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous or current teaching assistants, support workers, care workers, sports coaches/more encouraged to apply
  • Graduates encouraged to apply
  • Passionate about education
  • Support the teaching and learning of SEN pupils across the school
  • Motivate, engage, and inspire young people to learn and participate
  • Support the teacher with general classroom and behaviour management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
