Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location: Grimsby and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £85-£100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work within SEN provisions in Grantham and the surrounding areas.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
- Assist in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support students both 1:1 and in small groups, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement personalized learning strategies.
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs where required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive in their education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
