Sports Science Graduate – Supporting Complex Needs
Location: Grimsby and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:20 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you a Sports Science graduate looking to make a meaningful impact in education? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to support students with complex needs in and around Grimsby.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with a variety of complex needs, including physical, social, and emotional challenges.
- Assist with personal care tasks where required, ensuring dignity and respect for all students.
- Utilize your Sports Science expertise to encourage physical development and engagement through movement and activity.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday during term time only (08:20 - 15:30).
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Sports Science or a related field.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to build rapport with students.
- Comfort and experience with personal care or a willingness to undergo training.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs and abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
